Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to three plus years direct CAT Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work in progress to meet department goals through prioritization of work and scheduling of resources.
• Communicate with customers, coordinators, and sales representatives daily regarding scheduling, quoting, and repairing equipment.
• Maintain accurate data entry of daily labor hours for timely work order and payroll processing.
• Ensure customer communications meet expectations with timely updates and information.
• Generate and validate purchase orders and ensure timely entry into DBS systems.
