Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment repair experience in shop and field; 5+ years preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce the company's Values Based Leadership in service activities.
• Establish and communicate job expectations to internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide status reports on open work orders to the Service Manager in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the company safety program and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in selecting, developing, and evaluating service department personnel to maintain capability.
• Travel up to 20% and supervise staff as needed.
