Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth debugging and failure analysis of complex server-style motherboards.
• Drive resolution of board-level issues to reduce backlog and improve throughput.
• Troubleshoot system-level and component-level issues across hardware, firmware, and networking domains.
• Utilize hardware test equipment and Linux-based tools for debugging and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve critical issues.
• Document debug findings, root cause analysis, and corrective actions clearly.
• Communicate status, risks, and technical insights to onsite and remote teams.
• Support occasional visits to headquarters for deeper collaboration and alignment.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve test and failure detection processes.
