Job summary

Teleperformance USA seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead QA Analysts, Trainers and Senior Trainers across accounts. You will drive end-to-end training programs, monitor quality and performance, and coach teams to meet service metrics.

The role requires strong communication, 3+ years in training within a client/service environment, and solid MS Office proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; on-site in the US with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong training background.
• 3+ years of experience in Training within client/service delivery.
• Experience with Trust & Safety domain beneficial.
• Strong MS Office and data-reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs for the account and design programs to meet them.
• Review content regularly to keep it current and effective.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation processes.
• Measure and report training milestones and goals.
• Supervise daily QA monitoring and coaching of staff.
• Plan initiatives like Train the Trainer and calibrations.
• Ensure compliance with BEST T&D standards and policies.
