Job summary

ANA in Henderson, NV is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer – Energy Systems Verification for an onsite role. You will own test definitions and execution for generator, hybrid energy, and load bank systems, and verify the edge and cloud platform that monitors them.

You will collaborate with development, product, and stakeholders to define test objectives, maintain traceability, and drive efficient verification across releases. Leadership and mentoring are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in software testing with leadership.
• 3+ years testing hybrid energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute verification plans for power system behavior and load sharing.
• Build bench, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop setups for controllers and edge devices.
• Integrate testing with load banks, CAN bus analyzers, multimeters, and automated test equipment.
• Validate end-to-end data integrity across dashboards, reports, and alarms.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and results.
• Own the test configurations, equipment, and lab space.
