Job summary

WCL Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst for a 3-month, fully on-site contract. You will provide strategic analytical support, build real-time revenue reports, and manage multiple high-visibility workstreams across distributor channels.

The role requires a strong background in consumer electronics sales operations, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Tableau/Alteryx or SAP BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple high-visibility workstreams.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx preferred.
Experience with SAP BI or similar reporting platforms advantageous.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain urgency to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance reports for revenue performance and key metrics.
Lead payout calculations and act as liaison between Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance.
Oversee Distributor POS data management and provide insights to Sales and Supply Chain.
Develop and manage the Custom Installer channel budget aligned with targets.
Track Distributor Roadmap reporting and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Manage account setup processes ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, and Sales.
Create tailored reporting packages for key accounts and stakeholders.
