Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a single client location.
• Source and screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Provide guidance on selection decisions to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and monitor hiring metrics.
• Suggest process improvements and support employer branding on-site.
