RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support Naval Radar programs at our Woburn/Tewksbury, MA facility. This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

You will lead engineering efforts, drive system performance, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated radar solutions. Responsibilities include developing test plans, troubleshooting complex components, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure requirements

Qualificações

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience integrating military systems across software, hardware, requirements, integration or testing.
• Engineering leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at multiple locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration and verification documentation.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Utilize modeling and simulation to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
