Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking an onsite Project Manager in Dallas to lead real estate development and construction projects from conception to completion, delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions for clients.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, review schedules and submittals, coordinate meetings, and ensure safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across PM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
• Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
• Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
