Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) in New Orleans, LA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the DoE contract on-site during core hours. You will serve as the principal contractor contact with the Government and coordinate workforce performance.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a Top Secret clearance. You will attend meetings, manage locations, and ensure operational needs are met, applying strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a team lead or similar position.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to accurately complete all documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices with ability to resolve issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity both independently and collaboratively.
• Capable of multi-tasking and effectively managing programs as a proficient problem solver and teamwork supporter.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational and time management skills with the ability to delegate and assign tasks.
• Ability to coach and mentor other employees.
• Working knowledge of standard technology used in the industry (e.g., POS, program tracking, bookkeeping, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce performance and contract scope as the principal point of contact for the Government.
• Designate and supervise the Program Manager and fallback Deputy Program Manager as needed.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and joint meetings with the COR to review scheduling, priorities, and performance issues.
• Visit staffed and future locations to ensure operational needs are met and address on-site problems.
• Maintain on-site authority to manage all contract requirements during core hours.
