Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Program Manager to support the Department of Energy in New Orleans, LA. This onsite role requires a Top Secret clearance and alignment with the client’s core hours.

The Program Manager will oversee workforce performance, serve as the principal contact with the Government, attend weekly meetings with the COR, and visit locations to ensure on-site operations and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a team lead or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of managing workforce performance within the contract scope.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for the Government on the contract.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and periodic meetings with the COR.
• Visit staffed and future locations to ensure operational needs are met on site.
• Make decisions on site during core hours and ensure on-site coverage.
