Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Program Manager for an on-site role supporting the Department of Energy. A Top Secret clearance is required, with 15+ years of experience leading teams and managing contracts.

The role requires attending weekly meetings with the COR and directing program activities on-site, including visiting locations and coordinating with government personnel. This position is integral to ensuring mission success for the contract.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a team lead or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity.
• Able to accurately complete all documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices with ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain productivity both independently and collaboratively.
• Capable of multi-tasking and effectively managing programs as a problem solver and team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
• Ability to coach and mentor other employees.
• Working knowledge of POS, program tracking, bookkeeping, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing workforce performance within the contract scope.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for the Government.
• Designate the Program Manager and delegate responsibilities to the Deputy Program Manager.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and periodic meetings with the COR.
• Visit staffed locations and future locations to ensure operational needs are met.
• Make on-site decisions during core hours as required.
