Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve business queries for ERFT space.
• Communicate status and health of applications to management.
• Identify areas for monitoring and performance improvements.
• Support releases, upgrades, and server/workstation maintenance.
• Manage user queries and ensure timely responses.
• Handle incident management and escalation as needed.
• Document procedures and knowledge materials.
• Coordinate with development teams for issue resolutions.
• Assist with metrics reporting and continuity testing.
• Organize meetings for issue resolution and automation opportunities.
