Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr Production Scheduler to coordinate production activities and meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment. The role partners with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations to keep schedules aligned and performance high.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of scheduling experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of production data analysis to prioritize work and minimize delays. This is a 100% onsite opportunity in Torrance, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4–6 years of production scheduling or related experience.
• Experience coordinating production schedules in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to analyze production data and prioritize work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on orders, inventory, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure material availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Track inventory levels and production status.
• Identify conflicts, bottlenecks, and constraints and resolve them.
• Develop solutions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
