Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to supply chain or operations.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials control, or scheduling in manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Advanced Excel.
Responsabilités
- Own and maintain rolling production schedules (12-16 weeks).
- Translate forecasts and firm orders into finite-capacity schedules.
- Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and run what-if scenarios.
- Balance loads and set production time fences for resource optimization.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production and Sales on lead times and feasibility.
- Monitor OTIF, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.
