Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in Low Observables or Radar materials.
• Experience with material characterization, testing/prediction, and integration on air vehicles.
• Experience collaborating with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead material and process development and system-level integration for Raytheon product lines.
• Predict material performance and perform tests on developmental and production systems.
• Measure constitutive and RF properties and model performance with CEM tools.
• Work in cross-functional teams to apply signature control techniques to deliverables.
• Lead material formulation, fabrication process development, and composites support.
• Prepare engineering documentation and interface with customers and suppliers.
