RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a supplier assurance professional onsite in Tucson. You will lead rapid resolutions of supplier-caused issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions. Strong RCCA tools, ISO 9001/AS9100 experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance are required. The role emphasizes supplier oversight, material conformance, and collaboration with Raytheon

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years in quality, operations or engineering.
• Experience with RCCA tools and processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems and hardware inspection.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues impacting the factory with cross-functional teams.
• Represent supplier assurance in Raytheon factory tier meetings and nonconforming material reviews.
• Analyze material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans.
• Investigate defects with documented root-causes and implement corrective actions.
• Assist quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective hardware.
