Aufgaben

• Act as the primary internal liaison to business users and engagement leads at the Morristown plant to gather infrastructure requirements and ensure software/hardware are vetted by GIT leadership.
• Monitor the Freshworks 2nd level ticket queue and resolve user IT needs within SLAs, including Windows/Mac PCs, mobile devices, printers, and Google Suite; produce monthly HelpDesk reports.
• Develop documentation, execute compliance checklists, update DR plans, and act as the point of contact for internal audits to ensure GIT standards and compliance.
