Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in San Antonio, TX seeks a hands-on Systems Administrator to be the primary on-site technology resource for its headquarters and manufacturing operations. You will support approximately 60 users across office, warehouse, production and remote environments, ensuring a reliable and secure technology footprint.

The role covers end-user support, infrastructure, networking, and manufacturing technologies while collaborating with a centralized corporate technology team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administration/IT support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop/server environments and M365.
• Experience with user provisioning, access management, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and networking basics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site technology support contact for local users.
• Administer Windows desktops, laptops, M365, AD/Entra ID, printers, mobile devices.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Support network/infrastructure, security, and manufacturing technologies.
• Maintain documentation, asset inventories, and procedures.
