ODG in Minnesota seeks a Senior Manager of IT & Information Systems to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and end-user support across the cooperative. You will supervise three staff and partner with business units to ensure IT aligns with operations.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on secure, reliable, business-driven IT capabilities for manufacturing plants, office staff, HR and finance, including ERP upgrades, enterprise applications, and data automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, CS or related field.
7+ years IT exp with leadership responsibilities.
Hands-on networking, servers, cybersecurity, and sysadmin experience.
Experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications.
Oversight of software development or system integrations.
Strong cybersecurity principles understanding.

Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and end-user support.
Oversee three direct reports: Network Admin, Developer, Help Desk Tech.
Ensure secure, reliable IT aligned with business processes across plants and offices.
Lead ERP upgrade initiatives and integration projects with OT/IT separation best practices.
Develop IT and IS policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
