Job summary

Culmen International LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and field secure software for targeting and mission-planning workflows in government environments. You will work on operator-facing applications and backend services, delivering scalable solutions while ensuring auditability and security controls.

The role requires full lifecycle development in classified environments, collaboration with operators and SMEs, and on-site work at the Mark Center in the NCR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern front-end/back-end technologies.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI; active clearance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and field secure software for targeting and mission-planning workflows.
• Develop operator-facing applications for target pairing and planning tools.
• Build backend services for workflow orchestration, data processing, and auditability.
• Implement RBAC and CI/CD pipelines in secure environments.
• Produce maintainable code and supporting documentation for government operation.
