Job summary

Experis/Manpower Group is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to support Global Supply Chain finance in Pleasanton, CA. This 3-month onsite contractor role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years FP&A experience in manufacturing or supply chain, strong Excel, SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI skills, and excellent communication. Possibility to extend based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
Experience with inventory accounting and cost center management.
Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for Global Supply Chain functions.
Manage and analyze inventory-related financials, including inventory reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Partner with cost center owners to support expense management, forecasting, and budget tracking.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and finance leadership.
Support quarterly LBE submissions and annual planning cycles.
Assist with capital spending tracking and purchase requisition reviews.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decisions.
Utilize SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
