Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Supply Chain and Operations organization in a hybrid Santa Clara, CA role. The analyst will partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to drive cost transparency and financial planning for a growing business.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A or cost accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in finance, FP&A, cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cost accounting and supply chain finance activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
• Analyze financial results, manufacturing variances, and cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in partnership with operational leaders.
• Support inventory accounting, product costing, and working capital management initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve operational and financial performance.
• Support capital investment analysis, business cases, and financial modeling for operational initiatives.
• Assist with compliance, audits, internal controls, and special projects as needed.

Our client, a global healthcare and medical technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Supply Chain and Operations organization.

Location

Santa Clara, CA. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office requirements of 3 days/week.

This role serves as a key finance business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders, helping drive cost transparency, operational efficiency, and financial planning for a growing business. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, inventory, or supply chain organizations preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial planning systems; CPA or MBA is a plus.
