Job summary

The client seeks an experienced Environmental Professional to lead the ES&E program at Thacker Pass, NV. You will supervise the environmental team and integrate the Environmental Management Plan with engineering, construction, and startup activities to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation.

Required are 7–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree; the role involves onsite field work with a 3 weeks on/1 week off cadence, plus 10% project allowance and incentive

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in environmental management systems including compliance tracking, technical reports, and dashboards.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental services program and supervise team.
• Provide technical support for ESH program execution with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure protection of sensitive areas and regulatory compliance.
