Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to environmental, safety, health or science field and 5–12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 and ES&H processes; experience in construction ES&H.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and lead audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of ES&H compliance during project execution.
• Assist with incident notifications, investigations, and reporting.
• Lead ES&H audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Coach contractor teams on ES&H processes and expectations.
• Develop and maintain ES&H programs, procedures, and records.
• Support training, emergency preparedness, and QA programs.
