First Point Group in Winnemucca, NV, seeks an ES&H Professional for the Thacker Pass Lithium Mining project. This full-time, on-site assignment spans 12 months, with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.

Man-camp accommodations and travel home during breaks are provided. You will oversee ES&H compliance, perform field inspections, lead incident investigations, and support risk management with project leadership and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5–8 years ES&H experience with a degree, or 9–12 years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910 regulations.

Responsabilités

• Support ES&H compliance across project execution.
• Conduct field inspections and audits for safe work practices.
• Deliver toolbox talks and participate in project meetings on safety requirements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining ES&H programs and systems.
• Maintain ES&H databases, incident tracking and corrective actions.
• Analyze ES&H performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate incident reporting, lead investigations, and prepare reports.
• Coach contractors and project teams on ES&H processes and expectations.
