Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer Tech Lead to work onsite in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems supporting test and tactical software development and delivery of missiles to the warfighter.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in STEM and at least 10 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience in test system engineering or related fields.
• Experience directing the design, development, and integration of test equipment and leading teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
