Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer TechLead to join the Test Solutions team in McKinney, Texas, onsite. You will lead complex test-system engineering activities, design and integrate hardware and software, and mentor multidisciplinary engineers to deliver mission-critical missile test solutions.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex test system engineering activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex test-system engineering activities across hardware and software.
• Design, develop, integrate, verify, validate and maintain test equipment in production environments.
• Lead teams of professionals and collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and external partners.
• Work in a lab environment with weapon test system designers to meet requirements and deploy systems.
