WAYB, a consumer brands company known for Pico Portable Car Seat, is seeking a Sr. Manager, E-Commerce to lead WAYB.com, GentleWuff.com, and Amazon. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and DTC performance.

You will own forecasting, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our brands. You will build operating discipline, customer understanding, and e-commerce capabilities, with room to expand the scope

Formación

• 5+ years leading a consumer-brand e-commerce business.
• Deep Shopify and digital merchandising expertise; Amazon experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Entrepreneurial or startup mindset with ability to build processes where needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own WAYB.com, GentleWuff.com, and Amazon P&L and performance.
• Forecast revenue, optimize merchandising, manage promotions and pricing.
• Lead site experience, product presentation, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to drive growth.
