Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of residential loan administration post-closing to payoff.
• Monitor construction draws, analyze documentation, sources and uses, title, surveys, inspections, and insurance.
• Handle customer requests within loan documents, policies, and procedures to enhance experience.
• Perform portfolio reviews to identify risks and escalate issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain organized customer records and ensure data accuracy in system of record.
• Provide coverage for teammates and assist with workflow management.
