You will monitor construction draws, ensure compliance with documents, and collaborate with Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, and Managers to deliver strong customer experiences. The role emphasizes risk management, accurate data maintenance, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in Loan Administration.

Mansioni

• Maintain integrity of residential loan administration post-closing to payoff.
• Monitor construction draws and analyze documentation, sources and uses.
• Handle customer requests within loan documents, policy and procedures.
• Review portfolio for risks and escalate issues with corrective action.
• Maintain organized customer records and files.
