Job summary

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, risk management, and superior customer service in a dynamic banking environment. Collaborating with mortgage professionals, title companies, inspectors, and contractors, you will monitor construction draws, ensure policy compliance, and maintain precise loan records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least 3 years in Loan Administration.
• Construction loans experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Unifi and MSP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrity of residential loan administration from post-closing to payoff.
• Monitor construction draws, construction documentation, title, surveys, inspections, insurance, and related requirements.
• Respond to customer requests within loan documentation and bank policies.
• Maintain accurate loan and customer records and escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Loan Servicing and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
