Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial loan documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Board commercial loans to the AFS system via Velocity and CLOS.
• Read and interpret complex legal documentation.
• Understand underwriting terms and conditions.
• Cross-train to perform other team functions.
• Support Loan Closers, ARAs, Loan Administrators and Relationship/Portfolio Managers.
• Collaborate with Business Loan Center, Legal, Segment Risk and Credit Administration.
