Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst to uphold CM controls and deliver on-time config baselines. On-site role in the Sensors, Surveillance & Space CM team. You will manage identification, change control, audits, and data package integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years CM experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. US citizenship is required; relocation is eligible for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is typically required; or 8 years of CM experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Apply CM procedures for identification, change control, status accounting, and audits.
• Coordinate configuration docs, change requests, and baseline changes.
• Lead reviews and disposition of configuration documentation and changes.
• Conduct configuration audits and ensure CM plan compliance.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and lifecycle baselines.
