Job summary

RTX is seeking a Configuration Analyst to be based on-site in McKinney, TX. You will apply CM procedures, manage change control, and ensure documentation integrity across programs within the CMDM/Sensors, Surveillance & Space organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Apply and administer established CM procedures for Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Audits.
• Coordinate documentation, change requests, and configuration baseline changes with integrity.
• Review/disposition configuration documentation and changes to the baseline.
• Establish procedures for introducing changes to engineering documents for assigned programs.
• Ensure integrity of documentation supporting reviewers and customer requirements.
