Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 240-unit Vintage Oaks senior community in Citrus Heights, CA. This non-exempt, M–F role may require overtime and on-call maintenance. The company offers a competitive hourly rate and on-site housing to eligible staff.

The Supervisor reports to the Community Manager and oversees maintenance staff, safety, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure a safe, well-kept living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of maintenance experience in apartment or similar setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the 240-unit community, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise, train and support maintenance staff for quality and curb appeal.
• Escalate major repairs to the Community Manager as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, Fair Housing, and environmental regulations.
• Schedule regular maintenance walks and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate monthly supplies.
