The role oversees a portfolio of retail properties, ensures lease compliance, and drives tenant satisfaction for owners and tenants. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial property management experience, strong contract and vendor management skills, and the ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong lease administration and vendor management.
• Ability to analyze contracts and operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of an assigned portfolio of retail properties.
• Serve as the primary liaison between property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while delivering outstanding service.
• Review leases, contracts, and vendor agreements to determine responsibilities and risk.
• Coordinate vendor services and upkeep to maintain high property standards.
• Prepare and present operational, financial, and ad hoc reports to leadership.
• Evaluate property issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Monitor performance to improve operations and asset value.
• Ensure compliance with lease requirements and company policies.
• Independently manage a high volume of priorities and deadlines.
