• CAPM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational planning and strategic management of specimen logistics for clinical studies.
• Translates study requirements into actionable specimen operations plans.
• Manage and analyze key specimens and supply performance metrics.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and data-driven improvements for reliable study delivery.
• Lead continuous process improvement across studies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less-experienced team members.
• Support Quality Management System policies and procedures.
