This onsite role requires proactive organization and coordination across teams to meet milestones and deliver study objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health or life sciences, or Associate’s degree with two years’ related experience, or high school diploma with four years’ related experience.
5+ years of experience in a Clinical, IT, or Regulatory role.
3+ years in a project management support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Develop operational relationships with cross-functional teams including Clinical Labs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and Program Management.
Lead defined small to medium projects and components of larger programs.
Coordinate all activities required for supply and sample management setup for clinical studies.
Liaise between internal and external stakeholders and Abbott Cancer Diagnostics team members.
Lead process improvement initiatives within clinical and regulatory affairs.
