On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a clear path to ownership of financial processes. The role emphasizes ADP payroll, QuickBooks, multi-party billing, and tax/compliance tasks, collaborating with management and an external CPA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting support with end-to-end responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (QBO and/or Enterprise) and ADP Workforce Now payroll.
• Experience managing AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with 3rd party billing platforms and client portals (Coupa, Ariba, ESIC).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping with accurate financial recording and documentation.
• Maintain corporate books including cash receipts, journals, and disbursements.
• Process invoices, post bills, and balance journals regularly.
• Operate QuickBooks to record and analyze financial data.
• Handle AR, AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations; prepare reports for management.
