Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Tech Support specialist with deep Windows, Apple/macOS expertise to join our Technical Field Engineering team. This on-site role supports regional offices five days a week, with after-hours work and travel to other GEICO offices across the U.S.

The candidate should have extensive macOS experience, MDM administration, and strong scripting abilities. The role emphasizes engineering excellence during GEICO's IT transformation, with regular reporting and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across GEICO regional offices.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS issues, including Apple hardware.
• Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Create, maintain and improve technical documentation and SOPs.
• Lead office relocation and technology rollout projects.
• Travel to other U.S. offices as needed to support projects.
