Job summary

Corps Solutions is seeking an Operational Analyst to lead data collection, analysis, and assessment of DOTMLPF-P gaps across doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy. The OA reports to and works with senior analysts and the program manager to support force development and exercise evaluation.

Qualifications

• Ten years of U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Army service-level operations planning experience.
• Familiarity with command-and-control operations and operations centers.
• Experience at warfighting development centers or NECC/MESF or related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic trend analysis on EXW, CON, and CIC doctrine.
• Evaluate currency and relevance of EXW/CON doctrine and tactics.
• Perform front-end analysis for doctrine publications.
• Participate in planning conferences and CDT meetings.
• Coordinate with EXWDC N35 Force Development process.
• Provide SME on current and future EXW/CON capabilities.
• Support doctrine publication reviews and exercise evaluation.
