Zusammenfassung

The Marvin Group is a Southern California defense contractor with entities Marvin Engineering, Marvin Test Solutions, and Marvin Land Systems. This senior role focuses on aerospace manufacturing, mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, and leadership in process improvement.

Based onsite near Los Angeles, the ideal candidate has strong experience in large metallic component fabrication, tool design, and manufacturing planning to drive quality and efficiency while supporting diverse DoD

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
15 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Ability to read blueprints and decipher GD&T.
Knowledge of MIL-STD documents and ASME Y14.5.
CATIA or Pro-E CAD experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

Break down customer engineering requirements to create manufacturing planning and BOMs.
Collaborate with manufacturing to improve processes and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure products meet specifications, quality, and certification requirements.
Provide feedback to improve design for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Prepare engineering changes to support manufacturing and quality.
Identify equipment, tooling, and processes to improve cycle times and accuracy.
