Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity. You will collaborate with the local team and broader accounting organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and sound controls.

This role is fully onsite in Peninsula, Ohio. You will participate in ERP implementation and transition, identify workflow improvements, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong ERP and month-end close experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and maintain controls.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
• Assist with financial statements and management reports.
• Support ERP implementation and data validation.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
