Qualifications
- 2+ years supporting semiconductor tools or equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at system and component level.
- Experience with metrology, vacuum, or plasma systems preferred.
- Ability to read electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom production environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semiconductor metrology equipment onsite.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
- Support tool uptime and performance in a production environment.
- Work directly with operations, engineering, and support teams.
- Document service activity, system performance, and technical findings.
