Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Service Technician to support on-site security system service across the Kansas City area. You will work with existing customers to troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and related low-voltage systems at various sites, while maintaining professional customer service in person and over the phone.

The role requires hands-on use of power/hand tools, basic Microsoft Office skills, and proficiency with documenting work via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CCTV, access control, or residential low voltage.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Comfortable with power and hand tools.
• Strong customer service skills over phone and in person.
• Hands-on installation, repair, troubleshooting or setup of security devices.

Responsibilities

• Service security systems at multiple local customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site.
• Assist customers and provide scheduling/documentation via mobile devices.
• Utilize smartphone apps to access company systems and document work.
