Job summary

Hertz Local Candidates Only in Lihue, HI seeks an Onsite Security Representative to monitor the lot exit and verify rental details. You will direct traffic, scan vehicle numbers, and interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner while outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in customer service and security, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work various hours, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously to customers.

Onsite Security Representatives at Hertz work in the security booth at the exit of our lot. You will check out customers as they leave the Hertz property to ensure the customer has matching numbers on the vehicle and the rental contract. This includes directing traffic, scanning vehicle numbers into a handheld computer, dealing with customers in a polite, professional manner, working outside in all weather elements.

What You’ll Get:

• Hourly Rate is $16.50
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment)

Educational Requirements:
