Job summary

Hertz is hiring a Security Representative in Nashville to help maintain safe, secure surroundings at the lot exit. You will greet customers, verify vehicle numbers against rental contracts, direct traffic, and operate a handheld scanner in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Night shifts around 11:15 PM to 8:00 AM CST may be required in all weather conditions.

Security Representatives at Hertz work in the security booth at the exit of our lot. You will check out customers as they leave the Hertz property to ensure the customer has matching numbers on the vehicle and the rental contract. This includes directing traffic, scanning vehicle numbers into a handheld computer, dealing with customers in a polite, professional manner, working outside in all weather elements.

Educational Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Professional Requirements

• 6 months to 1-year customer service experience.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
