Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview security guard applicants.
• Post job openings and source qualified candidates.
• Review applications and conduct phone screenings.
• Verify Guard Cards and required employment documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Create and maintain weekly security officer schedules.
• Assign officers to client locations based on availability and qualifications.
• Fill call-offs, open shifts, and emergencies quickly.
• Maintain pool of available and backup officers.
• Communicate schedule changes with officers and supervisors.
• Track availability, attendance, and time-off requests.
• Assist management with staffing for new accounts.
• Maintain organized recruiting records.
