Treston Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Recruiter to join our South Gate team. The role focuses on recruiting, screening, and onboarding qualified security professionals for standing accounts and large events.

Primarily based in our South Gate office, with travel to various locations in LA/OC as needed. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or security industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to event locations and work weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified security officers, supervisors, and event staff.
• Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate scheduling.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Travel to event locations and support field operations.
